We carefully opened up structural elements, such as removing baseboards in the foyer and accessing areas under the bathroom vanity, to ensure complete moisture extraction. Temporary supports were installed as needed, and the ceiling was accessed for drying. Post-remediation, the bathroom vanity was reinstalled, completing the restoration of the affected spaces.
