Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced significant water damage in their bathroom, specifically affecting the flooring and subfloor around the toilet area.

Solutions provided:

Our team provided comprehensive water damage restoration services. This included a detailed assessment using moisture detection tools to determine the extent of the damage. We performed careful demolition, removing the severely water-damaged flooring and subfloor around the toilet. The underlying structure and plumbing were inspected to identify the source and extent of moisture penetration. The area was then prepared for subsequent drying and reconstruction phases to ensure all affected materials were addressed and the bathroom was restored to a safe and dry condition.
