Completion date: January 30, 2026

Location: Wilmington, NC

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced significant water damage in their bathroom and adjacent crawl space. The damage included saturated insulation, compromised subflooring, and structural wood elements in both areas, indicating a need for comprehensive water damage restoration and mold remediation.

Solutions provided:

Our team conducted a thorough inspection of the water-damaged bathroom and crawl space, as evidenced by the initial assessment images. We performed water extraction, removed all compromised building materials, including water-saturated insulation and flooring, and initiated structural drying. Mold remediation protocols were implemented to address and prevent further fungal growth. Subsequent moisture readings using a Protimeter SurveyMaster confirmed that all affected areas had reached dry standards (1.0%), ensuring a complete and effective mitigation process before reconstruction.
