Completion date: January 29, 2026

Location: Cornelius, NC

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer experienced significant water damage in multiple areas of their home, including a bedroom, attic, and garage, requiring professional restoration services.

Solutions provided:

RestorePro Restoration initiated a comprehensive water damage restoration process. This involved the strategic deployment of advanced drying equipment, including dehumidifiers and high-volume air movers, in the affected bedroom, attic, and garage to thoroughly dry structural elements and contents. Carpets were lifted to facilitate drying of the subfloor and padding, and antimicrobial treatments were applied to prevent mold growth on the subfloor. Furthermore, water-damaged drywall in the garage was carefully demolished to ensure complete drying behind walls and prepare for reconstruction, ensuring a complete mitigation and restoration.
