The customer contacted us to resolve a significant water damage issue in their basement and utility areas. The property had experienced water intrusion that saturated the lower wall sections and flooring, threatening the structural integrity of the wall studs and potentially impacting the home's HVAC and water filtration systems.

We implemented a professional water mitigation and structural drying plan. Our team performed "flood cuts" to remove damaged drywall and expose the wall plates for drying. We deployed a high-capacity drying fleet, including Phoenix axial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, to extract moisture from the concrete subfloor and structural framing. Additionally, we monitored the utility room to ensure all mechanical systems remained dry and functional, preventing long-term mold growth and secondary damage.
