The issue was exacerbated by high humidity and poor ventilation near the dryer vent, leading to health concerns and potential structural damage to the walls and laminate flooring.

We performed a comprehensive mold remediation and moisture control service. Our team utilized advanced HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial treatments to safely remove fungal growth from the drywall and baseboards. We also deployed a low-grain refrigerant (LGR) dehumidifier to stabilize indoor humidity levels and thoroughly inspected the dryer ventilation system to prevent future condensation buildup, ensuring a dry and healthy environment.
