Solutions provided:

Our team promptly assessed the water damage, identifying the overflowing HVAC condensate pan as the source. We proceeded with immediate water extraction from the affected areas, removed saturated insulation and damaged subfloor materials, and implemented industrial-grade drying equipment including dehumidifiers and air movers to thoroughly dry the space. Additionally, we cleaned and sanitized the entire affected area, including the heavily soiled condensate pan, to prevent mold growth and restore the environment.
