The customer experienced significant water damage in their property, likely originating from a plumbing leak in the ceiling/floor above, leading to saturation of building materials and visible mold growth on structural elements.
Our team promptly responded to the water damage call. We conducted a thorough assessment to identify the source and extent of the water intrusion, which was determined to be a plumbing leak affecting the ceiling and subfloor. We set up professional containment barriers using plastic sheeting to isolate the affected areas and prevent further contamination. Water extraction was performed, followed by the strategic placement of industrial-grade drying equipment, including high-capacity dehumidifiers (like the LGR unit shown) and air movers, to rapidly dry the saturated structural components and mitigate mold growth. Our technicians continuously monitored moisture levels to ensure effective drying and restoration to pre-loss conditions.
