The customer reported a significant water leak causing visible damage, including discoloration and peeling on their interior ceiling.

Our team conducted a comprehensive roof inspection to identify the source of the water intrusion. The leak was traced to compromised or damaged flashing around the chimney on the roof, as well as general wear on the shingles. We performed the necessary roof repairs, including replacing and sealing the faulty chimney flashing and addressing any other points of entry. Subsequently, we initiated water damage restoration for the interior ceiling, which involved drying, repairing, and preparing the area for finishing.
