The customer experienced a water leak from an overhead source, resulting in water damage to their ceiling and the structural elements above it.

Our team promptly responded to the water damage issue, assessing the extent of the leak and its impact on the ceiling and underlying wooden structures. We created an access point in the ceiling to locate the source of the leak, performed water extraction using specialized equipment, and meticulously cleaned and dried the affected joists and internal cavities. We ensured all damp areas were thoroughly dried to prevent secondary damage like mold growth, completing the water damage restoration process.
