The property owner requested emergency biohazard cleanup and sewage backup remediation following a severe plumbing line failure that discharged contaminated wastewater across the flooring subfloor and into the sub-grade crawl space foundation area.
Our emergency biohazard response team deployed specialized containment and extraction equipment. We removed contaminated flooring materials and affected lower drywall sections, sanitized the subfloor and concrete block foundation walls using EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants and antimicrobial treatments, set up industrial air scrubbers and drying equipment to eliminate airborne pathogens and moisture, and prepared the area for structural reconstruction.
