The property owner requested emergency water damage restoration and mitigation services after discovering water leaks and pooling around the bathroom floor, shower enclosure, and adjoining walk-in closet.

We inspected the tiled bathroom floor, baseboards, and lower wall cavities for moisture retention, positioned an LGR dehumidifier and low-profile air mover to dry the affected tile and subfloor surfaces, and applied EPA-registered antimicrobial treatments to prevent mold growth in the damp environment.
