Why did the customer contact us?

The property owner requested emergency sewage backup mitigation and biohazard cleanup after a plumbing failure leaked contaminated wastewater into the sub-grade foundation and utility storage area.

Solutions provided:

Our biohazard response team inspected the affected concrete foundation walls and PVC plumbing lines. We cleared contaminated materials, sanitized the concrete walls and surrounding surfaces using EPA-registered antimicrobial disinfectants, and organized containment and collection buckets to manage active moisture.
