Why did the customer contact us?

The property owner requested emergency fire, smoke, and soot restoration services after a structural fire heavily damaged interior rooms, hallways, door frames, and ceilings.

Solutions provided:

Our emergency fire restoration team conducted an initial site assessment and safety evaluation. We inspected heavy soot deposits on door frames, interior walls, and water heaters, cleared loose fire debris and collapsed drywall from the floor, and initiated soot removal and structural board-up/stabilization protocols.
