Why did the customer contact us?

The property owner requested emergency water damage restoration and HVAC system drying services after a water loss impacted the home's primary hallway subfloors and mechanical air handling equipment.

Solutions provided:

Our mitigation team performed selective demolition to remove water-damaged flooring along the hallway to expose the concrete subfloor for drying. We deployed commercial LGR dehumidifiers and low-profile air movers to establish directed airflow down the corridor. Additionally, we inspected the internal HVAC blower wheel assembly and surrounding duct insulation for moisture accumulation and rust to ensure safe system operation during drying.
