• Comment: As soon as I contracted with another company to proceed with the addition of a screened in patio, the interior of the back side of my townhome was damaged by a mystery water leak — wall and flooring. We’re in the process of demolishing pergola and cover to assess the occurrence of additional leakage. Gary, our Project Manager, has been instrumental in leading the mitigation team and am sure the repair work will be skillfully completed. Clay, a door specialist, just repaired a stuck and non-closing back door on the affected wall side. So appreciative!
