• Comment: What a great experience! After a shaky start with another project manager Chad stepped in. We had a kitchen fire in an older rental home. The home had a hot water heater located in the kitchen next to the stove. It was very unsightly. I wanted it moved outside to the laundry room but this was cost prohibitive. Chad understood what I really wanted was for the hot water heater not to be exposed in the kitchen. He helped me compromise by putting it in a closet instead! I love it. He took his time and talked to me and made sure I was ok with the direction they were taking. He was patient and fast! The work was done within weeks of starting! The kitchen looks great. He did a modern update on a budget! If you have a need for RestorePro, Chad is the manager you want! Thanks Chad!!
