• Comment: On 5\/22\/2022, our home caught fire, which left us in uncharted territory. Our insurance provided us with a list of vendors and we mistakenly chose the first one that called us back, which happened to be Servpro - a company we had heard of before. Initially, Servpro was responsible for packing our contents and for doing the demolition work, however, after a month had passed, our home was still not packed. Eventually, we decided to complete the packing ourselves and hire RestorePro.
  
  From the beginning, RestorePro stood out with their responsiveness, empathy and understanding of how difficult our situation was. They took swift action to help us get through this challenging time. Obie, who was in charge of our project, was awesome to work with. He responded almost immediately to any texts we sent and if he couldn't answer our calls, he would text us before we could hang up. Obie kept us informed about what was happening and if there were any obstacles or delays, we always knew about them. In the end, RestorePro restored our home and allowed us to come back home, for which we are incredibly grateful. Overall, working with Obie and RestorePro was an amazing experience.
