• Comment: Our toilet line unexpectedly burst on October 3rd while we were not home for a few hours. By the time we came home it was raining in our living room from the toilet upstairs and part of the ceiling had fallen. RestorePro Greensboro began pulling things out that evening to start the drying process. We really enjoyed getting to know Kevin with the demo team and having his guidance while we were faced with events we had never dealt with before. He was also very helpful meeting with our insurance adjuster that was assigned to us. Once the demo was done we had Leslie to work with on pricing. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to the process and fighting for what we needed to be covered by insurance. After this part was agreed to we could begin work on rebuilding. Our project manager was Drake and he took great care of us. He helped with all questions, kept us updated on timeline, and helped push things through when needed. Our family was able to move back in right before Christmas like Drake promised me he'd make happen. We have 3 small children who had been uprooted from our home so as a parent this made a big difference to me. Everyone we encountered throughout this process was very helpful and professional. I definitely would recommend RestorePro Greensboro and I have already passed their name on to people I've seen have a need.
