• Comment: I was one of the unfortunate people affected by the frigid cold of 12/2022. Yes, water everywhere. Anyway, RestorePro got to me as quickly as they could, considering my incident occurred on Christmas Eve, and I am grateful to Drake and the others for that. But I must comment specifically about Ryan, who was not part of the original crew, but came the next day to change out a leaking humidifier. Let's just say, he went above what he came to do. He saw the cuts that were made into the drywall were not clean, and that debris had been left in the area. So what did he do? He took the time to straighten the cuts, treat the area and clean up the debris. He wasn't sent out to do that, he was not asked to do that, but he did it anyway, because he said it should have been done in the first place. I appreciated that; and that's the type of service one would want during such a stressful ordeal. Thank you Ryan!
