• Comment: Thursday 4-21-22,I placed a call to the local Greensboro office and I spoke with Katie. After obtaining my information Katie assured I would receive a call regarding next steps sooner than later. Within 15-20 mins Phillip called to advise his crew was completing a job and I would be next on the list. To my surprise Nate called and introduced himself as a representative for RestorePro. Nate and Kevin arrived within time suggested and were very professional. Both were eager to find the water problem and to resolve any issue our home was facing. After conversation and approval Nate and Kevin started searching and found a source of the problem. Katie, Phillip, Nate and Kevin are incredible and I am on a cloud based upon the service received in a fast quick manner .I did not believe service would be that quick due to current situation our economy is in with short staffing of employees in the service industry.
