• Comment: I can't speak enough of how amazing Restore Pro is!!!! I am a Condo HOA Manager and handle all the majority of leaks, repairs, rebuilds and insurance claims for multiple properties.
  Restore Pro offers reports after each visit to a property which is very helpful in maintaining logs and documentation for my properties. They offer the best response time in emergency situations and are wonderful at communication when they arrive on site. Jason is always directs a crew to our emergency situations in a timely manner and provides us up to date response times. He coordinates well with our office!!
  Martin in the mitigation department is AMAZING …he always answers my call. He leads his team on multiple projects and can always tell you on the spot what is happening on each of them. His crew are all amazing and professional . Leslie, who is a main estimator, is the repairs division is the most organized and efficient person I have ever worked with! She is top knotch and I always receive wonderful feedback from homeowners about their experience with her during the estimate process.
  Insurance agents also find Restore Pro to be a delight to work with and agree with their estimate reviews and processes in determining resolution. Andrew and Leslie are experienced in this field and offer superior knowledge to assist the homeowner and their adjustors with their questions.
  I feel that Restore Pro is a well-oiled machine that works very well as a team to complete their projects with quality and care.
