Job Completion Survey - Restoration

  • Comment: Update: I am now four weeks into this project and still living in a hotel room. My damaged carpets are still sitting in my house. Nothing has happened with phase 2. Additionally, I got a ridiculous bill from this company for the first phase which included thousands of dollars worth of work that they did not do. (Some of it was work that I actually did myself or hired other people to do. Some of it was Work that still hasn’t been done) . I cannot get anyone from the billing department of the company to call me back or email me back after a week of trying. I am really disappointed. There are so many things that have been damaged in my home through this process that I don’t even know where to turn. What a nightmare.

    After a big letdown by another company first, this team came in ready to take action and get things done! I have to give a huge shoutout to Jahir for his attention to detail, positive attitude, and level of compassion. I knew that when he was onsite at my home for this initial cleanup and drying out process, that I could trust what was happening, and that I didn’t need to stand there and supervise. I felt very confident with Jahir and his team, lead by their project manager Leo. Leo was responsive, kind, and detail oriented. Thank you guys! I hope that the phase two team will live up to my expectations now!
