  We had a fire in our spare bathroom. We reached out to Ashlee with restore pros and immediately we received a call from Katie, who did our scope of work, who scheduled an appointment with us to come in the next day to inspect and write up our damage. Both Katie and Ashlee showed up the next day on time and were very empathetic to our situation. They assured us we were in good hands, and we were. Our insurance adjuster showed up just before them and asked who we were working with. Once we told them Ashlee and Katie from restore pros, he immediately said I have worked with them before and they were homes and reputable people. From the point our adjuster approved the scope we delt with Matt and his team. Matt, Bricen and Criss went out of their way to make sure not to only answer every question we had, no matter how silly, and even made sure to explain clearly the process so we understood what was going to be happening during our repair. They were very good when we stopped by to explain what they were doing. The end result is you can’t even tell the fire happened. If you ever have this unfortunate thing happen to you. Rest assured if Ashlee, Katie, Matt, Bricen and Chris are on your job you will not be disappointed!!
