• Comment: My insurance claim adjuster referred me to RestorePro after the initial company that I choose to help me couldn’t meet me timeline. I had a bathroom shower leak that was leaking through the tiles that affected the lower level bathroom. When the tiles were lifted up to assess the damages, the results were really bad as part of my subfloor was rotted. I was really stressed about this happening since I recently just purchased my home.
  
  When I contacted RestorePro I spoke with Summer and she was very professional and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. She sent Jamie out who assessed the damages. He went over the repairs that would be needed and wrote up a quote for me on the same day. After assessing the damages, a quote and a timeline was giving to me. I agreed to everything as it was reasonable and very fair. I was then assigned Phillip Love as my project Manager. Philip was the best project manager that I could ever ask for. He really helped my wife and I overcome our anxiety with this process. He was very organized, detailed, professional and he always kept in touch with me to keep us updated with the process. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got back our home to its original condition with no disappointments. Phil was very patient with me and I really appreciate that since I was a challenge customer who was particular in my needs. He was so patient with us when we were picking out our new tiles and choosing our new paint color. He was very knowledgeable in his work which helped us make confident decisions. At the end of the project Phil went over all my repairs to confirm that we were happy and satisfied with everything. Overall everyone who I made contact with at RestorePro Reconstruction had great customer service and was very caring to a customer who was stressed.
