• Was our staff friendly and courteous throughout the duration of the work?
• Comment: Our insurance company recommended RestorePro after a waterline leak in our kitchen affected almost the entire first floor of our home as well as our crawl space. Leo and his team were on site right away and took care of the several days of drying out that was required. As a result of the leak, all flooring had to be replaced, along with drywall work and repainting. Not an easy task with three adults and 4 animals living here. After the water/mold mitigation, project manager Hayden Switzer stepped in and connected us with a Temporary Housing company who situated us and the pets for 10 days while the work was being done. Hayden also arranged for the move out/move in company, the materials and supplies that needed to be ordered/delivered and the crew who did the work. Last but not least, the cleaning crew who came in after the work and cleaned very thoroughly.
  Many many thanks to these guys who made a difficult sitation much easier to tolerate by always being available, professional and caring.
