• Comment: My insurance company recommended RestorePro following a hidden leak in the master bathroom which caused major damage before it was detected. Started working with Jamie Woods, who was great.
  
  I had gut-renovated the three-room bathroom 2 1/2 years before the leak. It was a fully custom job, including custom made cabinet work. So not a typical job.
  
  Much of what RestorePro did was good work; I particularly appreciated that the custom vanity was carefully diaassembled and rebuilt, and the large floor tiles were seamlessly replaced where the subfloor was damaged. Also the painter did an excellent job.
  
  However the custom-sized walk-in shower and a few other small areas were not rebuilt correctly. This was a serious issue because of a recent major injury I sustained which made the rebuilt shower unsafe for me to use. The company did agree and accepted responsibility. Unfortunately it took significant time and back-and-forth to resolve the issues and have the work corrected. But shout out to Jamie Woods, who was terrific helping to navigate through the issues, and in the end I am satisfied with the resolution.
