• Comment: We had water damage to our flooring due to an overflowing toilet. What a nightmare! However, I immediately reached out to RestorePro (around midnight) and I was connected with the on call Manager right away who walked me through my next steps. I am thankful for Josh Oliver for getting his amazing crew to my home right away (on an early Sunday am) and reassuring me that they would take care of us and not to worry. Ashley called me periodically to check on things and to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. Antonio and Juan were so kind, so professional and very knowledgeable. When it came time to take my flooring up, they spent a good bit of time prepping the area to ensure the rest of my home was not covered in dust and dirt from the removal. They worked nonstop when they were at my home. JR was the Mitigation Manager in charge and was also very professional and did a wonderful job communicating the next steps with me. When I had a question or concern, he was happy to explain things to me and point me in the right direction. They are an amazing team. I hope that I don’t have to call them again only because I do not wish to have anymore water damage or any other type of damage to my home, but if I were to, I know exactly who to contact!
