  • Comment: RestorePro was wonderful to work with. My water heater failed on me and water leaked under my vinyl flooring all over my first floor.

    The entire team was professional, timely and kind. I had multiple contacts through the stages of the process - Morgan, my Customer Care Coordinator, JR and Antonio on the Remediation part of the work, and Lillian, my project manager for the new floor installation. Each person was communicative and informative.

    The remediation team was timely and efficient in pulling up my floor and getting everything dried out, which gave me peace of mind. When that was done, Lillian brought over some wonderful samples of flooring to choose from. After I selected one, the installation day was less than a week later. Lillian also kept me updated on changes. I ended up needing to pick an alternative floor choice for several reasons. When they started installing the alternative and it was not exactly the color I had wanted, she had the installing process paused so she could send photos and verify that I was happy with it first.

    Throughout every step, Morgan also reached out several times to see if I had questions or concerns. There was a bit of time between Remediation and Installation where an estimate was being gotten and approved by insurance, and when I asked about where in the process we were, she immediately had that information for me on what step we were on and what would happen next.

    I now have new, beautiful floors thanks to the RestorePro team. I highly recommend them!
