• Comment: Based on a personal recommendation, I had RestorePro come in to do the restoration after a 2nd floor water pipe burst. (the water mitigation company I used, lost their project manager so I needed to look elsewhere). Derrick was the Project Manager and Molli the Client Care Coordinator (business side). Both were great to work with, readily available and responsive to questions or concerns. All the contractors were professional and polite at all times. The work was done on schedule and my house looks great. We had a few minor issues, which I brought up w/ Derrick and he had them taken care of the next day. The main thing I can recommend is to clearly communicate your expectations (be realistic). Derrick & team want the job done to your satisfaction. I have no hesitation recommending RestorePro to others for reconstruction work.
