• Comment: My home had a major water leak that my wife noticed when she woke up at 4:30 AM one morning. I called my insurance company who recommended RestorePro and they were out to my house quickly to start the mitigation and drying process. All of the employees that filtered through my house were very respectful and pleasant, and they worked efficiently and effectively. There was a slight oversight with the mitigation that I brought up with my restoration manager Andrew, he kept in touch with me about the issue and Connor, my mitigation manager, was quick to remedy the situation.
  
  Once everything was dry Andrew kept in contact with me regularly, consistently providing updates on schedules and potential issues. He was out to my house on several occasions just for a quick visit to see how things were progressing. The crew under Andrew quickly restored my house to its former glory and were all also very pleasant to work with.
  
  At one point I had an issue that required the owners assistance and he was very quick to address my concern and ease my mind.
  
  All in all, everyone from RestorePro that I have come in contact with since my small disaster has been professional, polite, and efficient with their work - I would recommend them to anyone that requires a service they provide.
