• Comment: I would use again and HIGHLY recommend Restore Pros for any work in the future, we had nothing but an amazing experience with them. We specifically dealt with a toilet overflow that damaged a lot of the property. From water mitigation to repairs, we were happy with the experience from start until the job was completed. Communication is something that is very important texts and calls were returned promptly. With so many moving parts, I am so grateful we had such a good experience.
  
  Water Damage/Mitigation: The crew from Restore Pros fit me in that evening, the water clean up crew was very organized and paid close attention to detail. They took so many pictures, were very communicative. JR and his team (Josh and others) were great to work with. Water damage can be very stressful and they were their every step of the way.
  
  Insurance: I have State Farm and they were very familiar with RestorePro Reconstruction and knew the workers by name. The collaboration between my insurance and RestorePros was spectacular. Insurance can make the clean up and repairs hard sometimes, but RestorePros made the process seamless. Kathleen and the front office called weekly to make sure the work was being completed and we were happy along the way, any concerns were quickly addressed.
  
  For repairs I worked with Jamie and Jacob was my Project Manager, and the best I could have asked for. Jacob went ABOVE AND BEYOND with communication and making sure the home was restored to even better than before. He made sure every detail was taken care of, he was precise, professional and very timely. Jacob was very patient as quick decision making isn't always easy with flooring, carpet, light fixtures and etc...
  
  I highly recommend RestorePros and all those I may not have mentioned whom I worked with along the way!!!!!!!!
