• Comment: Where to start.. from the beginning Restorepro was very quick to respond and made things easy. I had water damage from a roof leak and needed a portion of my upstairs ceiling replaced. When I spoke with Lillian Capobianco after getting scheduled, I told her that I may need to delay the appointment because of course when it rains it pours, my AC just happened to go out around the same time I was set to have this work done. Due to needing to repair my AC I would be short on funds. She proactively offered to allow me to stay on schedule and to work with me and allow me to pay the remainder of the bill after an upcoming pay day. The biggest surprise though was when I was at work when they got to my house. She noticed water damage on my kitchen ceiling from a separate event that I was going to wait to get repaired when I had the funds to do so. I believe she possibly felt for me because of the bad events happening back to back and she repaired my kitchen ceiling at no cost to me. I was blown away by their generosity, professionalism and compassion. I would highly recommend this company.
