• Comment: We had a major dishwasher leak and had to replace most of our downstairs flooring. Our insurance company recommended RestorePro. I honestly expected it to be a nightmare. We have 5 little kids, we both work, and have very busy schedules. Everyone we worked with at Restore Pro was amazing. The mitigation staff were considerate of our space and worked very hard to get things done quickly. Michelle, our project manager, was especially great. She gave us daily updates and communication, and we always felt like she put our interests first. She was able to schedule our repairs quickly and did most of the work while we were gone on vacation. The work that was done was high quality and came with a great warranty. When we pointed out minor concerns with the work that was done, they were not defensive at all and they were quick to make sure things were done right. I have never worked with contractors that are this easy to work with and all the work was done more quickly than I would've thought possible. If we ever have a problem again we have their number on speed dial.
  
  Update: A year later we had an issue with a custom shower that leaked into our living room. Speed dialed Michelle and the gang. True to form they've come through again. Project is almost done and everything really has come together. Quick. Solid. So easy to work with. Thanks Restore Pro!!
