• Comment: After a tree and flooding wiped out my house in Fall 2022, RestorePro reconstructed it from emergency tarp-up, water mitigation, pack-out, and rebuild. Every member of their customer-facing team - from back office accounts to rebuild project manager - was professional, cordial, honest, responsive, helpful, and compassionate the whole way from beginning to end. This review would be very long if I named every member of their team who deserves a shout-out for the help they gave to my wife and me during this stressful time. I would remiss, however, if I didn't thank Craig Ecenrode, our RestorePro project manager, who for the 9-month rebuild was a pleasure to work with: he not only made sure his crews did the highest quality work but also spoke to us by phone several times a week to keep us in the loop and met with us many times for project status reviews. I must also thank Katie Pierce, RestorePro estimator, who worked extra diligently with my wife and me to make sure we always had understandable and accurate numbers for this very large project. I am also very grateful to Morgan Collins, RestorePro Client Care Coordinator, who reached out to us regularly throughout our long project to check if my wife and I had any questions or concerns about anything at all. RestorePro couldn't have any better team than these three, and I think you couldn't have a better reconstruction company than RestorePro.
