  We had a HVAC leak that turned into a bigger ordeal than expected due to miscommunication between the mitigation company and our insurance company.
  
  Once the work was approved, the project — which included installing new hardwood floors, putting in drywall, and painting the living and dining room — took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Throughout the whole process, the entire team was responsive, communicative, and extremely reliable.
