• Comment: It all started with a hot water leak that created more damage than I could have imagined. I reached out to Restore Pro and their demo/remediation team set a standard that the rest of the business/teams will have to measure up to. It started with my first call with JR Woods, who I must say has made me feel like a priority through all of this. He was quick to explain the process and to get his team on the project. That team was Josh Goins and Juan Torres. These guys were not only professional, but they also left everything clean, made me laugh through the chaos and let me know step by step of what to expect along the way and have been phenomenal to work with. Kathleen is so sweet and has also been great about checking in with me, making sure everything is going well and that I didn’t need anything else along the way. My ONE and ONLY complaint is that I don’t get to work with this team on the entire project and must move on to the next team for the last leg of this restoration. JR, Josh, Juan, and Kathleen, I can’t thank you enough for everything, nor can I say enough great things about your team. Thank you again for making the first steps of this process a pleasant one!!!!!! Your customer service has been second to NONE!!!! YOU guys’ ROCK!!!!
