• Comment: We had raw sewage back up in 90% of our hone on 9/16/20 while my wife who's a teacher that was online teaching and all 3 of my kids online virtually learning. I was at work. So my wife called me and I contacted our home insurance to file a claim. The adjuster had recommended another company to perform the mitigation whom never answered my call. So after a couple of hours he gave me the number to Restore pro. I called and within an hour the crew was there removing all damaged floors, ceiling, carpet, vents,and light fixtures. They place all the equipment needed to dry and remove the moisture from the property. The crew followed up everyday to make sure the drying process was going smoothly. The entire team is professional and we either spoke with them over the phone or met them in person. They all truly care and show concern about you throughout the process.
