• Comment: Restore Pro was recommended to me independently by two different contractors who don't know each other and that was my sign that these guys must know what they are doing. They really are the experts in disaster recovery. They handled the water mitigation from the flood with the upstairs bathroom that then caused water damage to a large chunk of downstairs. They came the same day the flood happened (within a couple hours) which is impressive to deploy a team that quickly. Blake the mitigation PM was on top of it.
  
  Then came the remodeling which involved Jeff, the estimater, who really is a stand-up guy. He helped walk me through understanding a lot of the details behind what would get covered by the insurance and what wouldn't as well as the overall process of things to come.
  
  Then I met Derrick the remodeling PM who was very responsive to my calls and texts on requesting updates to scheduling and when subcontractors would be showing up. The painters Ryan and Jessie were outstanding and really worked their magic to repair the walls/ceiling and paint it to look like the damage never happened. Their attention to detail is really to be commended. Hernandes and his team sanded down all the wood floors and applied new stain (also filling in any old scuffs and holes) making 30-year hardwoods look like new. I don't recall the carpenter's name (there's so many names to remember!) but he also worked some magic to get the vanity installed because the supply lines originally weren't fitting so we luckily avoided an expensive plumber bill. Carolina Plumbing and Sawyer Electric finished everything up nicely with the plumbing and electric. By the time everything was done, it looked like a brand new home and that the damage never happened.
  
  Lastly, Summer, the care coordinator, was there from beginning to end to address any questions or concerns or when things got stuck with the insurance or other scheduling issues. She was the absolute sweetest and really did care about making sure all my concerns were addressed.
  
  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you ever need to recover from a flood. They will ensure everything gets back to the way it was before and more.
