• Comment: This company was referred to us by our Insurance company after rain had got into our house due to poor roof design. Initially the communication was great and then once we decided to use them, the communication fell off. We reached out to our insurance company and the communication picked back up to where we started off. The expectation and promise was that we would be back in our house by thanksgiving after moving our entire bottom floor out to get the entire ground floor flooring replaced. We have been back in our house for the last 2 days and the work performed has exceeded expectations. We are very happy with the work they have done and thanksgiving is less than 48hrs away. Despite the communication breakdown in the middle, I feel very confident in using this company again in the future because of the how great the work was that they performed. They also kept their promise in ensuring that we returned to our house before thanksgiving. Outstanding work!!
