Job Completion Survey - Restoration

  • Comment: I was pleasantly surprised with the service from the beginning of my interaction with RestorePro.
    I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that ran overnight, therefore I didn't notice it until morning. There were multiple areas upstairs affected, fortunately the only downstairs area affected was the garage. That being said, the repair was going to be costly.
    Initially my insurance company(if I were reviewing them at this time, it would not be 5 stars) balked at the quote. RestorePro worked with my insurance company on my behalf and was able to justify all expenses. The insurance company responded the next day and accepted the estimate.
    As far as the repair, the workmanship was beyond reproach. High quality, on time as scheduled, with very respectful employees. They treated my home as if it was their own. With the pandemic, my boys and I were home a lot during the restoration. They treated my family with upmost respect, while doing high quality work.
    One of the main things that I was pleased about was the communication provided. Bobby Head was the project manager. With me never going through a project like this, I had a lot of questions, some of which were probably simplistic in nature. He was very patient with me and my questions. If I had a question, he was accessible to me by phone, text, or email. The turn around time with his responses was minutes to less than 10 to 12 hours. If I reached out to him late in the day(after 6), I would generally have a response by 8 or 9 the next morning.
    I really appreciated the emails at the beginning of the week with the plans for the week. Letting me know what was going to be done, and who may be working in the house.
    I highly recommend RestorePro. They are not neccesarily someone you would like to meet, but they are an incredible group of people to have in your corner when you need them.
