Job Completion Survey - Restoration

  • Comment: When my upstairs master bathroom and downstairs living area flooded in April 2019, I interviewed five companies for the water mitigation. When Blake walked in the door, I knew RestorePro was the right company to handle the job. Blake explained the process in a confident and reassuring manner. I knew I was in good hands. The water mitigation team were very polite, clean, and tidy with the cleanup process. They explained every detail to me before they began. I was very pleased.

    Blake set me up with the repair estimator, Jamie. Jamie advocated on my behalf with my insurance company. He went above-and-beyond my expectations. He would work long hours and weekends to get the job done. He is very knowledgeable, incredibly polite, and goes the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about working with him. He's a good person and had my best interest at heart. It's rare to find people like him these days.

    Summer, the client care coordinator, was very sympathetic and reassuring. From our very first phone call, I knew she was looking out for me. She checked on me daily and was a wonderful support throughout the process. She was also very polite and calm which was comforting during the storm. Everyone should have a Summer to help them through a disaster.

    I had hiccups with my insurance company that delayed the process for several months. RestorePro never left my side, had my back, and guided me every step of the way. The team at RestorePro are very polite, communicative, professional, and trustworthy. I can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend them.
