• Comment: I had the pleasure of working with Mike Britt on the restoration of my home after a toilet overflow caused damage upstairs and downstairs. Mike was very friendly, knowledgeable and truly cared about my concerns. My home project was assigned to a different manager who all of a sudden did not return. After 2.5 weeks I called Restore Pro and they referred me back to Mike Britt. Mike was very apologetic and quickly came back to my home to find out the status. He had his crew on the job post haste and made sure all aspects of the project was to my liking. Mike was able to remount my television even after the previous manager’s crew forgot to leave the area of the wall open for remounting. I’ve found that restoration takes a lot of patience and time. However, whenever I texted with a question, Mike, would always answer in a timely manner. Restore Pro, Mike Britt is definitely an asset to your company and I appreciate his professionalism, patience and all around wonderful character!! Thanks Restore Pro Fayetteville!!
