  I was told numerous times by my project manager that I had no worries about the work being done because I had a five year warranty. I had issues right away with the floor in my son's room. They did come and repair it but the issues continued with the LVP separating and planks popping up throughout the house. Mind you I am year and half to two years out - called the company. They sent someone out who agreed the floor was improperly installed. I called about a week after his visit to be told that because I had state farm I only had a 1 year warranty. I am currently pursuing this with State Farm and WRAL. The documents I signed were digital and when I tried to pull them up they are unavailable. Make copies of everything and check the small print of which there is ALOT! I will update once I have more information.
  
  This was my first experience with a major water leak caused by a leak from my ice maker. Aaron from Restore Pro Mitigation was the first person outside of my insurance adjuster to assess the problem and give me guidance. Aaron went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. He answered questions about how the process works and what to expect next. So far I've only had the mitigation part completed and awaiting an estimate for reconstruction. I can't say enough how appreciative I was of Aaron's professionalism and assistance to make the process run smoothly!! The work he and his team did was unbelievable - professional and cleaned up all the mess. Highly recommend their services if you find yourself in such a situation as to need them!!
