• Comment: We had a major leak in our wall between the living room and guest bathroom which also impacted the back bedrooms and the hallway. After contacting our insurance agent we worked with Restore Pro. The company promptly sent our workers with fans to help dry things out. There was initially some lag in communication with our insurance company UNTIL Issac was assigned as our project manager. Once we met and he explained in detail the process things started moving. We felt like he took things over and beyond our expectations all the while communicating promptly and often with us. I enjoyed working with Issac and can honestly say he certainly knows the restoration business. A side note is that we were on a strict time restraint knowing our daughter in law and grandchildren were spending Christmas with us as our son is deployed. He assured us that it would be finished and he was true to his word. This meant a great deal to us and appreciate that he worked so personally with us. Thanks Issac and Restore Pro!
