• Comment: Picture this: you find the home of your literal dreams.. in this WILD market and two months later, you are passing through one room and the ceiling catches your eye... what was that?! And you see a ton of water damage that was definitely not there before, actively dripping all over everything. You start the wild search of what it could be coming from and realize the refrigerator line decided to not play nice with others and has drenched everything in protest, ruining not just the ceiling below but all your floors that were ever so polite to hide the damage from you to alert the issue in the first place. Thus, an insurance claim to USAA ensues (THANK YOU, USAA! WE LOVE YOU!) and they get ON. IT. FAST! This is where RestorePro comes into play - they were out here SO FAST I couldn't believe it! Best crew ever shows up and starts ripping away the damage so it stops causing further damage, and starts the drying process. Next comes the floor demo and replacement, toilet/sink removal and replacement, drywall replacement. I was crying at the beginning from sadness, shock, frustration of the water leak and these crews come sweeping in to make it BETTER than right! I could not have hoped for nor asked for a better company and better crews to handle everything. They are AMAZING and should be everyone's FIRST and ONLY call! David was our project manager and he was on top of everything and kept us updated at all times. Ana Sanchez checked in with us frequently and consistently to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and if we ever did (Only one time), she was on it! Mr. Hernandez and his flooring company did such a phenomenal job on our floors - I mean, my goodness, they're actual perfection, Norl Todd's Home Services, Inc made the ceiling look like perfection, as though nothing had ever happened, and last but not least, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing got the final touches put all back together. "THANK YOU" isn't strong enough. We are absolutely full of appreciation and gratitude to everyone for making our water-damaged house right again.
