• Comment: We are in the water remediation stage. So far we have dealt with Antonio coming to the house twice. He is punctual, professional, and very willing to answer questions and concerns. The reconstruction/repair won't start until next week. We are very pleased with how quickly they have come once they got the green light from our insurance. The one thing they could do better is set an appointment a little bit further ahead. We were called first thing in the morning for that day or the next. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the blowers and dehumidifier would be so loud and pretty much necessitate not cooking since it's a kitchen issue. Concerning price, we just know our deductible and the insurance should cover the rest.
