Restore Pro handled our flooring repair after a water leak damaged the flooring in our house. Blake Matthews handled the recovery without a hitch. Jamie Wood did a great job working with our insurance company to ensure they covered all the necessary work. Phillip Love did a great job handing all the many project management details of the actual work. When the job wasn’t perfect, he brought in the carpenter and the insulation installers to fix the problems and get everything perfect. Summer Healey went to bat for us getting our mortgage holder to sign off on the insurance check, which is another detailed process. Restore Pro was professional and easy to work with though out.

My home had a major water leak that my wife noticed when she woke up at 4:30 AM one morning. I called my insurance company who recommended RestorePro and they were out to my house quickly to start the mitigation and drying process. All of the employees that filtered through my house were very respectful and pleasant, and they worked efficiently and effectively. There was a slight oversight with the mitigation that I brought up with my restoration manager Andrew, he kept in touch with me about the issue and Connor, my mitigation manager, was quick to remedy the situation. Once everything was dry Andrew kept in contact with me regularly, consistently providing updates on schedules and potential issues. He was out to my house on several occasions just for a quick visit to see how things were progressing. The crew under Andrew quickly restored my house to its former glory and were all also very pleasant to work with. At one point I had an issue that required the owners assistance and he was very quick to address my concern and ease my mind. All in all, everyone from RestorePro that I have come in contact with since my small disaster has been professional, polite, and efficient with their work - I would recommend them to anyone that requires a service they provide.

Restore was recommended to us after we had an unfortunate experience with an improper fridge install that caused mold and water damage to our hard wood floors. Restore immediately started working on our mold mitigation and did an excellent, professional job. They continually followed up with us on the project and were always on time. We are so thankful for them and working with us during our months of back and forth with the company that caused the damage!

We had a great experience working with RestorePro after our master toilet leaked and caused damage to the crawlspace, bathroom, and nearby closet space. Their team responded quickly, professionally, and took time to explain the process thoroughly. They worked with our homeowners insurance and streamlined the necessary repair work. Restore Pro was recommended to me independently by two different contractors who don't know each other and that was my sign that these guys must know what they are doing. They really are the experts in disaster recovery. They handled the water mitigation from the flood with the upstairs bathroom that then caused water damage to a large chunk of downstairs. They came the same day the flood happened (within a couple hours) which is impressive to deploy a team that quickly. Blake the mitigation PM was on top of it. Then came the remodeling which involved Jeff, the estimater, who really is a stand-up guy. He helped walk me through understanding a lot of the details behind what would get covered by the insurance and what wouldn't as well as the overall process of things to come. Then I met Derrick the remodeling PM who was very responsive to my calls and texts on requesting updates to scheduling and when subcontractors would be showing up. The painters Ryan and Jessie were outstanding and really worked their magic to repair the walls/ceiling and paint it to look like the damage never happened. Their attention to detail is really to be commended. Hernandes and his team sanded down all the wood floors and applied new stain (also filling in any old scuffs and holes) making 30-year hardwoods look like new. I don't recall the carpenter's name (there's so many names to remember!) but he also worked some magic to get the vanity installed because the supply lines originally weren't fitting so we luckily avoided an expensive plumber bill. Carolina Plumbing and Sawyer Electric finished everything up nicely with the plumbing and electric. By the time everything was done, it looked like a brand new home and that the damage never happened. Lastly, Summer, the care coordinator, was there from beginning to end to address any questions or concerns or when things got stuck with the insurance or other scheduling issues. She was the absolute sweetest and really did care about making sure all my concerns were addressed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you ever need to recover from a flood. They will ensure everything gets back to the way it was before and more.

I recently had a sewer backup in my home which required the removal and reconstruction of a good portion of my downstairs living area including a bathroom and hardwood floors. My homeowners insurance provided me with a list of a half dozen local companies and I interviewed the three with the highest ratings here on google. RestorePro Reconstruction stood out - they were the only one that did not seem preoccupied with increasing the scope and size of the job - and instead only were interested in getting it done right. Everyone I dealt with was professional, competent and responsive. They utilized specialists for all required work: sheetrock, hardwood flooring, cabinetry and trim - and all were talented and did excellent quality work. We had a kitchen accident. Our wooden floors were damaged and required a complete refinish. We choose to use RestorePro and could not be happier with the service and the results. RestorePro was with us from the beginning to the end. They were a huge assistance with the claim process. Once we started the work every phase of work happened on time. This is a quality organization with top notch personnel. After some water damage caused by a leak in a second story commode, my insurance company dispatched Restore Pro. They arrived so quickly and assessed the damage. They immediately initiated a restoration and brought in equipment to dry out the affected areas. This took a week but they came each day to check the progress. Once this was done, the ceiling was repaired, sanded, and repainted. This was all completed, clean up done, and inspected by Phillip! He went to great pains each step of the way to be sure I was happy and satisfied with the work performed. Everyone from start to finish were quality, patient, and courteous individuals. They know their business and are very professional at it. My highest regard to Phillip, Jake, Paco, as well as several gentlemen whose names escape me presently but we're instrumental in drying out the initial damage. After water damage in my rental property I called RestorePro and was assigned my project manager David Johnson. David showed up and immediately but me at ease with his professionalism and understanding of this very stressful situation. David managed the project and throughout the recovery he ensured that all work teams were on time and completed assignments with 100% satisfaction. David was always easy to contact and readily available to work out solutions to work schedules that fit my tenants timelines. Of course I hope that I will not need this type of service again, but if needed I will call David and RestorePro.

We had a terrible mold problem come up very suddenly while family had gone on vacation. The blinds and curtains were closed, AC and heat set so neither would come on. That with the addition of a water heater source hose leak was the perfect combination for mold. It grew out of control before we even knew it was there. I started calling companies well after normal business hours. Within 30 min of leaving a message with the answering service I received a call from Clark. He met with us quickly to get an estimate and then worked us into the schedule after Christmas. He and his crew showed up on time, were very professional and went above and beyond to take care of every item in the house. It was very important that nothing be thrown away so stuff they normally suggest disposing was bagged so we could go through it. We were very impressed with every aspect of working with RestorePro and would highly recommend them. If we ever need services they can provide we wouldn’t hesitate hire them again.

Derrick and Jamie were great to work with! We had a HVAC leak that turned into a bigger ordeal than expected due to miscommunication between the mitigation company and our insurance company. Once the work was approved, the project — which included installing new hardwood floors, putting in drywall, and painting the living and dining room — took about 3 weeks from start to finish. Throughout the whole process, the entire team was responsive, communicative, and extremely reliable. Thank you again!

While I did not go with RestorePro for my mini disaster, my contact with them was top notch and professional. Jamie was outstanding when I spoke with him. I choice another company only because they got there first for an estimate and the damages were far less extensive than I original feared. I was out of town when the leak happened at one of my rental properties. Thankfully my tenants followed my instructions and migrated most of the water damage. Based on the other reviews, and my interaction with them, they are a top notch company.

We recently used RestorePro to move out of our apartment after a fire and they packed and moved everything and made the whole experience much less stressful for us. The team were all kind and helpful people and they were really great to work with. Sue was in contact with us to make sure we got everything we needed on our schedule and Ashley and her movers made the actual move a breeze.

RestorePro Reconstruction repaired structural damage to our garage and we are thrilled with the results. RestorePro’s team was excellent. We had hardwood floor and basement ceiling damage resulting from plumbing leak. RestorePro handled the entire project from beginning to end, including initial damage remediation, packing, storage, unpacking of furniture, repair and refinish hardwood floor and basement ceiling and related plumbing. Comment: We had significant water damage in our kitchen and a room upstairs from a pipe break. I was extremely happy with the level of the work, the attention to details and the communication. Michelle Amanatides was my project manager and I can't say enough good things about her communication, compassion and professionalism. Ask to work with her and you will be very happy. I was referred to RestorePro by my plumber and I am glad I was, they did a great job.

David Johnson, Project Manager did a great job for me. He oversaw a kitchen mold problem in our kitchen and oversaw taking out a kitchen sink and cabinets and having the new reinstalled.
