Job Completion Survey - Restoration

Restore Pro came out to my house and cleaned up a busted fresh water pipe that flooded my upstairs and leaked thru the duct work. Sylvester and CAM were my 2 technicians, and they were wonderful. Very professional, from their Introduction and explanation of their findings and what their plan would be going forward. When they were ready to leave. I completely understood everything they had told me. I would definitely call this company again and if they are available, I'll ask for Sylvester and CAM.

We are in the water remediation stage. So far we have dealt with Antonio coming to the house twice. He is punctual, professional, and very willing to answer questions and concerns. The reconstruction/repair won't start until next week. We are very pleased with how quickly they have come once they got the green light from our insurance. The one thing they could do better is set an appointment a little bit further ahead. We were called first thing in the morning for that day or the next. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the blowers and dehumidifier would be so loud and pretty much necessitate not cooking since it's a kitchen issue. Concerning price, we just know our deductible and the insurance should cover the rest.

I’m so happy I found Bellingham Oriental Rug Cleaning! They are so great to work with - They treated me and my hundred year-old rug with respect and care, and accommodated my drop-off and pick-up schedules. Mike is experienced in specialty rugs. He respects their history and the skill that went into making them, takes pride in his work restoring their beauty, and generously shares tips on how to care for them. Ryan and his crew, Donny and Bryson, did a remarkable job repairing our property after water damage. Repairs after an insurance claim are stressful and always a hassle, but the RestorePro crew did a great job communicating and following through with quality work. That helped make the best of a bad situation. The work included repairing some structural joists in the crawlspace and that was done to perfection. (Their work was recently inspected by a structural engineer and received a big thumbs up.) Thank you for all the help!

Jahir and Mario did great work drying out multiple rooms of the house after a burst water valve in the laundry room. They setup all the equipment in a timely & efficient manner, and were extremely patient and kind in answering all questions regarding the process to make sure I knew what was happening. Came back the next day to test the moisture levels again and removed some of the equipment that was no longer needed. Very pleased with the work to this point.

RestorePro’s team was great to work with at this difficult time of being faced with water loss. We had to wait on the HOA to fix the cause of the water problem, but we did not want the moisture hanging around to make things worse. Leo and Tim patiently listened, understood the situation, and suggested what to do during the interim waiting period so as to contain the loss and not make the problem worse. They were knowledgeable, responsive and diligent. Highly recommend them for water remediation.

With assistance from Family, I didn’t select RestorePro for “restoration”, BUT had a remarkable, engaging, thorough, respectful and timely experience with Leo Aldaba and his apprentice, Tim. Good Customer Service is so welcomed in today’s home experience, and to have had the service from RestorePro employees (though not committing for the work) deserves more than any “star” rating!!

I wanted to come back and leave a separate review for the repairs/rebuild team, because they truly went above and beyond. After the remediation work was complete, the repairs team stepped in and did an excellent job bringing everything back together. The quality of the work, the attention to detail, and the effort to keep things moving quickly did not go unnoticed. Hayden, the project manager, was especially outstanding. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, often reaching out proactively with progress updates, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. It’s clear he genuinely cares about both the work and the customer experience, and that makes a huge difference. I’m very grateful for the level of communication and care this team provided. My original review about the remediation team: RestorePro Reconstruction did an amazing job from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way, worked quickly, and were incredibly accommodating with scheduling. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Our water mitigation was very thorough following a washing machine malfunction. Ramone and Quentin dealt very carefully with our situation and Zack was helpful with any questions we had. RestorePro really did a great job!
