Throughout the restoration process, whether it was issues related to flooring, plumbing, electricity, or cabinetry repairs, Phillip was excellent in both coordinating the sequential activities needed to put our kitchen back together and in proactively keeping us advised of upcoming schedule changes that might be needed. Bobby H. was the project manager for repairs done to my property due to water damage. I was on a time crunch to get the job completed and Bobby did an absolutely fantastic job to meet the deadline. Bobby was friendly, professional, communicative, and honest. I really enjoyed working with him and appreciated his honest and accurate work. He did a great job coordinating with all of the different parties involved (plumbing, floors, granite, drywall, painter, etc.). The work done by the contractors was excellent and my property looks fantastic. I cannot thank Bobby and RestorePro enough! Corey R. and the restore team did a great job removing the damaged areas in my home. I was very happy with Corey's responsiveness and clear communication about the work to be done. RestorePro performed cleanup in my daughter’s townhome following a fire that occurred in the unit next door to hers. We were referred to RestorePro by our insurance agent and chose them to perform the work over the other companies we consulted. We worked with Sue, the contents manager, who was extremely professional, provided realistic guidance and recommendations, and was quick to respond and followup on all of our questions and requests. The team who performed the interior cleanup arrived on time, was exceptionally thorough, and careful. We would highly recommend RestorePro to anyone who needs any type of restoration services.

When our washing machine flooded our home, our insurance company contacted Restore Pro for water mitigation. David and his team arrived promptly and had things drying very quickly. They came by several times to check on the drying process. Due to their great work we decided to also use them for our repairs. David was easy to communicate with and went out of his way to help us make decisions about the repairs. The team was extremely professional and friendly. The repairs were completed promptly and done to the greatest detail. My husband and I agree things look even better than when we bought the home. Would certainly recommend RestorePro!! Unfortunately, our washer flooded again! (July 2020) This time we had the pleasure of working with David Johnson and Tracy Byrd. They were both extremely responsive and were very easy to communicate with. Everyone showed up on time and contacted me ahead of time when they were to arrive. Tracy really listened to exactly what I would like to see and his team made it happen. I really felt supported in my wishes for the space that needed to be reconstructed. Noel's team arrived promptly every morning to get working on our project and stayed to get it completed. I am very happy with all of the people who worked on our project and highly recommend them!

After getting a recommendation from a neighbor, I called RestorePro. Corey and his team were fantastic. They came out quickly when we had a water leak in our garage ceiling and continued to return every day to check the progress until it was dry. I was pleasantly surprised with the service from the beginning of my interaction with RestorePro. I had a water leak in an upstairs bathroom that ran overnight, therefore I didn't notice it until morning. There were multiple areas upstairs affected, fortunately the only downstairs area affected was the garage. That being said, the repair was going to be costly. Initially my insurance company(if I were reviewing them at this time, it would not be 5 stars) balked at the quote. RestorePro worked with my insurance company on my behalf and was able to justify all expenses. The insurance company responded the next day and accepted the estimate. As far as the repair, the workmanship was beyond reproach. High quality, on time as scheduled, with very respectful employees. They treated my home as if it was their own. With the pandemic, my boys and I were home a lot during the restoration. They treated my family with upmost respect, while doing high quality work. One of the main things that I was pleased about was the communication provided. Bobby Head was the project manager. With me never going through a project like this, I had a lot of questions, some of which were probably simplistic in nature. He was very patient with me and my questions. If I had a question, he was accessible to me by phone, text, or email. The turn around time with his responses was minutes to less than 10 to 12 hours. If I reached out to him late in the day(after 6), I would generally have a response by 8 or 9 the next morning. I really appreciated the emails at the beginning of the week with the plans for the week. Letting me know what was going to be done, and who may be working in the house. I highly recommend RestorePro. They are not neccesarily someone you would like to meet, but they are an incredible group of people to have in your corner when you need them.

This company was referred to us by our Insurance company after rain had got into our house due to poor roof design. Initially the communication was great and then once we decided to use them, the communication fell off. We reached out to our insurance company and the communication picked back up to where we started off. The expectation and promise was that we would be back in our house by thanksgiving after moving our entire bottom floor out to get the entire ground floor flooring replaced. We have been back in our house for the last 2 days and the work performed has exceeded expectations. We are very happy with the work they have done and thanksgiving is less than 48hrs away. Despite the communication breakdown in the middle, I feel very confident in using this company again in the future because of the how great the work was that they performed. They also kept their promise in ensuring that we returned to our house before thanksgiving. Outstanding work!!

David Johnson and his team were quick to come to my house and set my mind at ease about my main water leak. They came immediately and did the entire mitigation removal of wet flooring and wall. They were kind and very helpful with all the information on my dry out. I knew they had my welfare in mind. RestorePro responded immediately when informed of our water damages. Andrew sat with me and explained their process while explaining to me how he would be the "middle man" between my insurance company and me in case any issues arose. All the individual work crews who assisted in the repairs of the damages were punctual, extremely professional, and always made sure we were not inconvenienced to the best of their abilities. Upon completion of the project, my master bathroom looked better than when I purchased my house new in 2001. It was a pleasure working with Andrew and I especially liked the fact that he was honest with me from the beginning to the end of the project.

We had a major dishwasher leak and had to replace most of our downstairs flooring. Our insurance company recommended RestorePro. I honestly expected it to be a nightmare. We have 5 little kids, we both work, and have very busy schedules. Everyone we worked with at Restore Pro was amazing. The mitigation staff were considerate of our space and worked very hard to get things done quickly. Michelle, our project manager, was especially great. She gave us daily updates and communication, and we always felt like she put our interests first. She was able to schedule our repairs quickly and did most of the work while we were gone on vacation. The work that was done was high quality and came with a great warranty. When we pointed out minor concerns with the work that was done, they were not defensive at all and they were quick to make sure things were done right. I have never worked with contractors that are this easy to work with and all the work was done more quickly than I would've thought possible. If we ever have a problem again we have their number on speed dial. Update: A year later we had an issue with a custom shower that leaked into our living room. Speed dialed Michelle and the gang. RestorePro is a really good company that genuinely cares about the outcome of the work on your home. We had two separate water damage issues in our house and used RestorePro both times to dry out the damage and put our house back together. Having talked to several people about the restoration industry, it’s clear there are some shady companies out there. Do yourself a favor and choose RestorePro. Biggest reasons we liked them: - The project moves quickly - They handle everything (water mitigation, packing out items in your home if needed, and all elements of reconstruction are subcontracted). This does mean you’re dependent on the quality of the subcontractor, but they’ll also work with you to have your own contractor handle a certain part of the job if you’d prefer... as an example, we had our own painter, and RestorePro simply removed this service line item and completed the rest of the job. This sort of flexibility is wonderful). - They guarantee the quality of the work, and they follow through on the guarantee. I can confirm this. There was a portion of our first project that we didn’t love, and they fixed the issue at no cost (and to our satisfaction). Bottom line: in any of these types of unfortunate situations for home owners, the project simply isn’t going to go perfectly. There are just too many tiny details, so be prepared to stay involved and take ownership over the results. But that’s going to be the case with ANY restoration company. RestorePro delivers what really matters: a commitment to quality results in a timely fashion. I absolutely recommend their services.

Phillip was professional, friendly and helped me understand the process of what would be taking place to fix and repair our home. It is difficult to give one review because there were multiple teams involved in our recovery. The Mitigation Team and the Moving In/Out Team were spectacular. They both get 5 stars in every area. The Moving In/Out Team was especially excellent as they took care of our every need and did so immediately and punctually in each case. The Restoration team from RestorePro was also extremely accommodating but punctuality and responsiveness were not quite as good. But the quality of the sub-contractor they chose to re-finish our floors was the killer for this project. The man who owned that company did not follow very clearly stated face-to-face instructions and then lied to us about the results his company produced. I believe that RestorePro will never use that contractor again but we are still left with a result that is not what we were promised and not what we had prior to the water damage. To their credit, RestorePro has made every attempt short of starting over from scratch to remedy the bumbling of this contractor - but if you have had floors done before you know how disruptive it is to your life - you literally have to move out for weeks and live elswhere... Given our age and the impact of this on quality of life, we chose to just live with the inferior floors - I can't blame RestorePro for that but we have been working this problem for 6 months and just do not want to start over - no matter the cost! Would I use RestorePro again? Absolutely, but I would not rely solely on the restoration project manager to ensure that things were being done correctly - I would be personally involved at every days work - the project manager we were assigned was young and did not stay on the project every day with the poor contractor. He trusted the poor contractor and I trusted him - both of us made a mistake. The young project manager is a great person and will learn a lot from this project. I would be glad to use him again, but we caught him at a bad time in his maturation on this project. The dishonest contractor mislead him as well as us - listening intently as we explained what we expected from him and then not even showing up when his workers did the work - we showed him we wanted gloss floors - his workers used semi-gloss poly - then he lied to us and told us that it was gloss - like we were idiots - saying gloss required multiple coats and our insurance would not cover that - all a lie! Sometimes, one bad apple can spoil the whole works! This was one of those times! RestorePro is good - just be sure you get the right sub-contractors on your project!

Please please if you are looking for a restoration conpany, I highly recommend Restorepro Reconstruction. They are wonderful, very customer oriented. Two young men Aaron and James that came to my residence went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm elderly with health issues they were so considerate of me and my health issues, wonderful job and wonderful company.

Great customer service. They treated my house and me with; care and respect. When they cleaned up at the end of the day, they even changed the water in the dog dish. They do things right, because it is right.

We had mold in our upstairs bathroom and they completed the restoration very fast. They were also very nice, respectful and pleasant. After completing they cleaned up very nicely as well. I believe they cleaned my bathroom better than me. LOL!!!!
